We highly encourage everyone to join the classes in real time as there will be opportunities for Q+A. However, we understand that there may be times where your schedule does not align or you may want to revisit the classes in preperation for the the test. You can access that information at the link below!

At the conclusion of the virtual courses, approved applicants will be notified when the test is available to complete, through our application portal linked below. The top scoring applicants will be be selected to join us for phase two; a 3 day intensive cultural and culinary experience in Mexico City this fall!
